Why Can’t We Leave Our Phones Alone Even for a Minute? | The InSight Out Show | Ep. 226
About 75% of people bring their phones into the bathroom, and a surprising number have dropped them in the toilet. And when that happens? Most of us reach for the same “solution”—a bag of rice that actually does more harm than good.
But maybe the real issue isn’t how we fix a wet phone… it’s why we can’t seem to leave it behind in the first place. When did constant connection become something we couldn’t step away from—even briefly? And what might that be doing to us over time?
Scripture (NIV):
Psalm 46:10 — “He says, ‘Be still, and know that I am God…’”
Reflection Questions:
When was the last time you intentionally disconnected—even for a few minutes?
What might God be inviting you to notice in the quiet you’ve been avoiding?
