The Most Plastic-Filled Food Might Already Be in Your Kitchen | The InSight Out Show | Ep. 253
Microplastics are showing up in more places than most of us realize, including everyday foods and drinks. Sea salt can collect plastic particles from the ocean, while some nylon tea bags may release tiny particles directly into a cup.
We can make a few practical changes, but avoiding every environmental concern is nearly impossible. How do we care wisely for our bodies without allowing every new health warning to fill us with fear?
Scripture (ESV): 1 Corinthians 15:42 – “So is it with the resurrection of the dead. What is sown is perishable; what is raised is imperishable.”
Reflection Questions:
How do you respond when another health concern makes everyday life feel unsafe?
What does it look like to care for your body while remembering that it was never meant to last forever?
