What Happened to Basic Life Skills? | The InSight Out Show | Ep. 213

From avoiding eye contact to bringing parents into interviews, some employers say younger candidates are struggling with basic workplace skills.

It’s easy to point fingers, but maybe the better question is… how did we get here? Culture shapes behavior, and every generation is formed by what they’re taught—and what they’re not. So instead of just criticizing, what responsibility do we carry in shaping what comes next?
